Job Description: Residential Renovations and Maintenance Associate is responsible for the general maintenance, physical oversight of assigned properties, and general home improvement/renovations for newly acquired properties. Renovations include a wide range of projects, and Maintenance Duties include both planned and emergency repairs. This position involves a good amount of carpentry, painting and general handyman work, with some electrical and plumbing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Manage a range of tasks including Painting, Home Repairs, and Home Improvement Renovations
- Maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability to routinely climb ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or general maintenance.
- Experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is also available
General Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Communicate regularly with Management about the status of work orders, projects, tenant communications, and/or inspections.
- Interact with tenants and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain inventory and care of company provided tools and equipment.
Compensation: SALARY plus BONUSES (can lead to total of 100k+)
